Dublin International Airport

Dublin Airport is situated about 12km north of the city. It is well connected to Dublin city centre by the blue Aircoach. If you need accommodation close to Dublin Airport then check out approved Dublin Airport hotels, guesthouses and B&Bs.

Another point of access to Dublin is through one of its two ferry ports Dublin Port and Dun Laoghaire and these are also very well connected to the city centre by public transport.

 

Getting around

It's pretty easy to get around Dublin city and you don't really need a car as most of the top attractions are close at hand. To get around you can use the LUAS tram system, the public bus or the 'Hop On - Hop Off' bus tour of the city.

Dublin also has two major rail terminals, Connolly and Heuston which serve trains from all over the country. It is also very well connected with a bus service, making Dublin a great starting point for your adventure in Ireland.
