MCD presents the fashion extravaganza of the year - RTE’s Off the Rails returns to the RDS, live at the Simmoncourts Pavilion. This glamorous event runs for 3 days from Friday the 14th to Sunday the 16th of November inclusive.
Now in its 6th year, the 2008 Off the Rails Live at the RDS will be presented by its new cast members: Sonya Lennon and Brendan Courtney. All through the weekend Sonya and Brendan will be on hand with their top tips and advice. The Fashion Show starts on the Friday at 7.30pm sharp and doors will open 45 minutes before hand. Tickets are priced as follows for each area: Gold Circle: €46.50, Tiered Seating: €19.90 to €26.50 and Flat Seating: €19.90 to €26.50. There will be daily fashion shows and also several exhibitions each day at the stated times: Friday: 3pm to 10pm, Saturday: 9.30am to 8pm and Sunday: 11am to 8pm.
Book your seat for the fashion event of the year RTE’s Off the Rails Live at the RDS through Ticketmaster.ie. Tickets can also be purchased at the Ticketmaster desk in Dublin Tourism, located at Saint Andrew’s Church in Suffolk Street, Dublin 2, and all other Ticketmaster outlets nationwide.
How to get to the RDS…
The RDS Pavilion is located across the road from the Horseshow House Bar in Ballsbridge. It’s about a 30-minute walk from Dublin city centre, heading south.
You can also hop in a taxi if you don’t fancy the walk.
If you’re taking the DART, the RDS is located just a 10 minute walk from Lansdowne Road and the DART station at Sandymount.
You can take bus routes 45 from Eden Quay or 7 & 7a from O’Connell Street in the city centre to the RDS.
