If you’re idea of a good night out is going to the theatre to catch a show, or you just want to see actor and writer Peadar de Burca at his very best, then come along to the Draíocht Arts Centre. The hilarious comedy ‘What Men Want’ is well worth seeing and is sure to give you a good laugh!

About the show…

What Men Want is the latest show by Peadar de Burca whose last show, titled ‘Why Men Cheat’, was a huge success. For this new show De Burca went on a tour of the country and interviewed over 150 men and women. The objective of the exercise was to find out the truth about what it is that men actually want and what women would like to know.

This show follows the same format as the de Burca’s last show which was a huge hit. When asked why men should go to the show De Burca says “For men, I’d say to raise their awareness … a lot of mistakes we make are because of a lack of confidence and a lack of awareness”. When asked about women he said, “For women, this show will give them an understanding of a very complex species … and maybe help them to sympathise with us a bit!”
