The Toys 4 Big Boys Show takes place at the RDS (Royal Dublin Society). This event venue was founded nearly 300 years ago. The venue comprises a number of exhibition halls (the Main RDS Hall), the RDS arena, meeting and conference rooms, bars and restaurants, and the RDS Simmonscourt Pavillion.

The RDS Main Hall is a hugely popular arena for exhibitions, concerts and other cultural events. The Young Scientist and Technology Exhibition is held each January here, along with the Travel Trade Show in January, and where the Toys 4 Big Boys is held every year.

It’s also a popular Equine Centre, and the Dublin Horse Show takes place there every August. The RDS is also a popular concert venue, with music legends such as Bruce Springsteen, U2, The Eagles and Radiohead all having performed there.
