Courtown
Courtown, 4 miles (6 km) from Gorey, is a popular family resort with a fine sandy beach 2 miles (3 km) long with amusements and golf (18) on a wide sweep of coast called Courtown Bay. The village has grown up around the harbour, which was completed about 1830. There are many charming walks in the surrounding countryside.
