Read on for more….
About the show…
The Shaolin Monks are a legendary group of martial artists and stunt performers from the Shaolin Temple in China, who are famed for their Kung Fu prowess. The Shaolin Monastery in Henan Province, China is a Ch’an Buddhist Temple that was established in 496 AD. The monks therein have been passing down their skills from generation to generation, and in this modern era the grandmasters have chosen to go on a tour of the world allowing them to share their abilities with the world and keep their traditions alive.
The Shaolin Monks have put together this amazing show that will demonstrate some of the most awe inspiring stunts such as walking on beds of sharpened knives, breaking solid planks of wood on their bare bodies, breaking bricks with their heads, performing handstands on two finger tips, spinning on a pointed spear and doing a crescendo of impressive Kung Fu sequences that include flying through the air in a series of incredible back flips using heads and not hands. The stunts also include a number of lethal weapons such as clubs, spears, swords, tridents, whips and others.
If this sounds like something up your street, then you best get your tickets in order for the one night only show that is being performed on Monday February 25th. The show starts at 8pm and tickets are €25 each.
