Easkey
A seaside village situated on the Easkey river, which is noted for salmon and trout, with rare flowers along its banks. Popular with water sport enthusiasts, this village boasts a well equipped surfing center of international status.
The remains of the 15th Century Roslee Castle are surrounded with other ruined fortresses, dotted along the rugged coastline. Just beyond the village the remarkable Split Rock is located; it is an Ice Age erratic boulder complete with deep fissure.
