This is an exceptional hotel. The rooms were beautiful and the staff were extremely friendly, polite and helpful at all times. We dined in the Citron restaurant which was both tasty and exceptional value for money. Our stay was delightful.

My mum, my sisters & myself were supposed to go to spent the weekend in London but unfortunately due to the Volcanic Ash our flights were cancelled. We were bitterly disappointed so I booked this hotel last minute. We throughly enjoyed our weekend. The hotel was gorgeous and the staff were extremely friendly and tentative. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel at it was really lovely. The location could'nt be more perfect. We have said that we will definitely stay there again and will only love to recommend to a friend.
