The Ramada is a fantastic hotel to stay in. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and equipped with full sized kettle, tea & coffee, biscuits, bottled water, etc. Breakfast was gorgeous - self service with everything you'd want to fill you up for the day ahead. Will definitely stay there again.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. The rooms were as comfortable as those in luxury hotels we're stayed in, and the beds especially were a dream. Overall, excellent value for money.
Staff were very helpfull and even let us book in an hour early ...which was handy as we were on motorbikes and froze!!they supplied us with everything we needed including an iron and ironing board at no extra charge. The room was very clean and had all we needed including plenty of coffee, tea and towels etc.the only down side to the hotel was its location a good 10min walk from Bray itself...but it really wasnt a probelm!i would recommend this hotel as its clean tidy pleasant staff and very cheap!
On arrival - we found that we didn't have a remote for the TV, within 10 minutes the housekeeping staff dropped one down and insisted that they test the unit before leaving! We have a large family group (16) for dinner - one the staff (Therese) was exceptional with the children and really went out of her way to accomodate everyone - she really made our night out!
On arrival did not get the room type that we booked but the staff soon sorted this out and the accommodation was excellent and the staff more than helpful. We were so impressed that we asked them to book us into the Ramada in Waterford and again this was excellent value and really friendly and helpful staff. Will be recommending them to all friends and family.
The Hotel was very good and convenient for puposes, but Bray we did not like very much!
Obvious shortage staff to guest ratio - in both restaurant and bar, some restaurant staff answered "yes" to requests and then did not carry them out, with hindsight is there a language problem ? Did they not understand what was being requested. Other members of staff (in dining room in evening) although stretched did their very best. Generally hotel appear to be understaffed. Rooms were clean and well maintained each day and room service was good.
Friendly service, no problem allowing (clean) racing bikes into room for security, so thanks for that! Got a pleasant surprise when checking out when the bill was lower than expected!
What I did not like was that were with 3 people in a double bedroom and there were only bathtowels and cups for 2 people. We reclaimed about that the first day and they gave us extra's of course, no problem, but the second and third day it was the same. We stopped reclaiming about that, no use we figured. But the rest was excellent, beds were good, they cleaned it really proper and our questions were answered at the servicedesk, eventhough they could do it with a smile next time ;)
The room was very plush and comfortable.
I thought everything that was on offer was well listed in the room brochure, staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms and hotel were very clean and tidy and overall it was a very pleasant hotel to stay in and i would recommend it to anyone. Well done
Very well.
Brilliant! We will be back!
Very good value for money
Warm, friendly, staff. Great rooms - fantastic value for money - great location. 10 out of 10 in all respects.
Lovely rooms and quiet place.
I stayed in the new part of the hotel which was very nice.
Excellent service from a very helpfull staff.
A good base for the locality and also for Dublin.
The Ramada Hotel had spacious rooms and was really good value for money, the service was great...although there was working going on, there was no disturbance ar noise what so ever!
The hotel was functional, clean, and the rooms were spacious. The staff were excellent - the biggest asset of the hotel. They were very attentive and extremely personable.
