Very nice hotel. Delighted to find such a good deal from an Irish provider. Will definitely use GoIreland again!
They never gave us any information at the desk like what time breakfast was at, where it was, how to use the lifts, where they were or how to use the key cards. Not only that but she was that busy dealing with everyone else that she forgot to activate our room card and when we went back down to them she didnt even apologise.

We were disappointed to hear these comments and are reviewing our procedures as a result. The customer checked in during a very busy period in the evening. One of our Food & Beverage Managers stepped in to help alleviate the queue on the desk and checked Ms. Ryan in. Undernormal circumstances one of our trained Front Office Team would have checked in the guest with all the relevant information. Apologies to Ms. Ryan and we hope that we can welcome her again in the future to prove what a good hotel we really are.

I really liked the staff's attention and courtesy which you don't get very often now these days.
We were allocated a smoking room without being asked our preference (non-smoking). Lower stories are labyrinthine and poorly laid out - felt like being in a basement - recommend other travellers ask for a room in the upper floors. Room was ok (apart from smoking smell). The TV set top box was dangling below the TV though, and television was choppy at times. The bathroom is a wet room - not very well laid out - shower soaks the entire room meaning a paddle through puddles every time you use the toilet. The bathroom was slightly grubby and stained looking, though it was clean. There was a long queue for breakfast - they seemed to barely be able to cope with the numbers, as a result even after getting a table, service and food was poor. In general the hotel was fine, but we have stayed in other 4* hotels that seemed to be noticeably better in relation to cleanliness, service and organisation. In saying that, the rate was good value for a 4* in Ireland.
There are no tea and coffee making facilities in the rooms, which many of our group would have liked. Ladies on the front desk were very helpful.
A very enjoyable stay. Very comfortable and all the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would have like either water or tea making facilities in the room. The bar had nothing it could sell us and room service told us it would take half an hour to get us a cup of tea. But all in all it was very good.
Very clean.Leisure facilities great.Friendly and helpful staff. No tea making facilities in the rooms. Did not inform staff.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
An excellent choice for a short break away.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the staff were very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable!

Whites is very central to all local aminities and the hotel itself is wonderful.
