Family apartments were fantastic. Restaurant was not open on Monday which was a big disappointment, the main reason we picked this hotel! Put it down to it being a bank holiday but it didnt open on Tuesday either! We were not told this at time of booking! Bistro however was open, we ate there the first night and again disappointed, a rare steak was served well done, pasta was shop bought, very over cooked. Seemed to be very short staffed, had to go after our server several times to order.( not his fault under staffed) copped very well under pressure and was extremely friendly. Room was not ready at booked arrival time either.
