Nice pool. Scenic location. Friendly staff (except in bar - ended up having to go into Wexford town to get something to eat when half of bar area was full due to a match on TV, and other half closed to children - disappointed as it is a family hotel)

We had a very pleasant stay, my 3 yr old enjpoyed it so much he didn't want to leave. He had so much fun in the pool facilities and the baby and kids club. we really could not fault anything about our stay.

Very family friendly, but lacking in evening entertainment for family. Needs a playground.Other than that great hotel and staff.

The staff at reception were very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic although some of the younger staff were over eager to clear plates and at times took your plate while you were still eating. The room was very nice although it wasn't nice walking to the room and looking out at a rock.Overall though we enjoyed the visit.

hI THERE I ALREADY FILLED OUT THE QUESTIONARIRE AS WE LEFT THE HOTEL. I WAS IN ROOM 319 THE BOTTOM LATCH ON THE WINDOW WAS BROKEN SO IT WOUDLNT CLOSE TIGHT. DIDNT REALLY MATTER AT THIS TIME OF YEAR BUT I WOULD IMAGINE THAT IN THE WINTER MONTHS , THERE WOULD BE A TERRIBLE DRAFT AND THE ROOM WOULD BE VERY COLD. aLL YOU STAFF SEEM TO BE TERRIBLY FRIENDLY AND MANNERLY WHICH IS SELDOM SEEN THESE DAYS .

Staying overnight after a wedding reception there. The accommodation and breakfast were first class, best thing was your rates were much cheaper than hotel best offer!

I loved the view from my room and the leisure complex. The only bad thing I found about this hotel was that it was very noisy at night. i was woken up 3 times during the night. The walls appear to be very thin!

On arriving, the hotel is very impressive and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We were with a wedding and all guests were treated in the same friendly manner. We checked in and went to our room, I was very dissappointed when we arrived into our room that there was a double bed, a single bed which is very popular for a hotel room but we had a set of bunk beds also which felt like a dormatory.Our view was a roof which wasn't very attractive. Myself and my husband were quite dissappointed as we had somebody minding our young daughter and we said we would treat ourselves and stay in this hotel as we heard such good reviews about it. I went to see what my friends room was like and they were 2 girls sharing and they had a lovely room overlooking the garden with a balcony and a seating area. They couln't believe our room when they saw it and thought it ridiculous. I would have reservations about recommending the hotel for this reason and would tell people to specify the kind of room they wanted.
