Take the Passage East Ferry to Ballyhack, coming off Ferry, turn right, go through Arthurstown, take first right, about 1 mile you will come to junction at top of Duncannon village, go straight for about 100 metres, turn left into estate, number 10 is last house on first row.
From Wexford
Go to Duncannon Road roundabout on the N11, take sign for Duncannon, 11 miles on is Wellingtonbridge, 6 miles on take first road to left for Duncannon, about 3 miles to village of Duncannon. There is a one way system, go to top of village, turn right, and about 100yds turn right into estate.
From New Ross.
