Samuels Heritage is a modern B&B; guesthouse located on the Dunmore Road just outside Waterford City. Samuels Heritage is a large and luxurious residence with a very attractive exterior characterised by a large sloping roof and grand windows from which you can gaze out at the charming surrounding scenery. There’s a pleasant garden area where you can relax, as well as a private parking area for your convenience. Looking panoramically out onto the River Suir, Samuels Heritage is well decked out and comfortable. As the Double Room En Suite is a Wheelchair accessible room, please feel free to book Double Occupancy in any other Room should you not be in specific need of a Wheelchair accessible Room

Turn at Tower Hotel to Dunmore Road travel for 3 miles passing Waterford Regional Hospital and Becketts Bar & Restaurant. House is on left hand side.
There are six en-suite rooms, each of which is non smoking and has a hairdryer. Being family run, they are well set for family guests and have all the facilities you could need, including a babysitting service and a kids’ playground. Samuels Heritage is only a short distance from Waterford City itself, where you can see such sights as the House of Waterford Crystal, Christchurch Cathedral and the City Walls. Have a look at the French Church and the Treasures @ the Granery, and when you’ve done sight seeing enjoy a meal and a drink at one of the many fine restaurants locally. If you fancy a day by the sea or you’re a fan of outdoor pursuits then head for Tramore Bay - there’s plenty to do in terms of water sports and other activities such as golf, hiking and horse riding to name but a few.
