Bar & Restaurant There is a lot more to Valhalla Restaurant than serving the “Best Breakfast in Waterford”. Although it’s the most important meal of the day, breakfast is just one of the great meal experiences that are on offer in Valhalla Restaurant. Breakfast is available from 7.30am to 10.30am Monday to Friday and to allow our guests stay in bed just that bit longer we serve breakfast on Saturday & Sunday mornings from 8.00am to 11.00am. The menu offers a Mediterranean twist on traditional Irish ingredients and dishes are complimented with a superb wine list of recognisable wines from the new world. Dinner is served from 6.00pm to 9.00pm nightly (10.00pm on Friday & Saturday nights) Asgard Bar provides the setting for casual dining in the evening time.
