Parkswood is a charming secluded retreat, set within 6 acres of parkland, having spectacular views of the river Siur and Waterford Estuary.
Built in Cromwellian times, the original Parkswood house and its later additions are set in six acres of grounds overlooking the beautiful River Suir. Wild fuscia and a copse with ducks, herons and oyster catchers help provide a tranquil setting in which to unwind

Parkswood has been completely renovated to a chic modern style in keeping with the character of the House. All rooms have panoramic views of the estuary, some with balconies.
A hearty Irish or Continental breakfast with fresh fruits is served every morning in the Drawing Room or Orangey. Special dietary request are catered for. Afternoon teas and wine are served on the terrace every during the season and, small functions can take place within the ground and avail itself of Parkswood’s facilities.

Modern self catering cottage which is within the grounds.( The cottage will be landscaped for the new season) It can be used independently or as an overspill for the main house. It has its own drive and garden with staggering views of the estuary which is not shared. Approved by the Irish Tourist Board.

A hearty Irish breakfast, or Continental with fresh fruits, is served every morning in the breakfast room or al fresco on the terrace. With its fireplace, comfortable easy chairs & views down to the river, the drawing room is a beautiful place in which to relax.
Tea & coffee is available throughout the day at Parkswood, & cakes are served most afternoons. During the summer there is an occasional lunchtime or evening barbecue in the grounds. Vegetarian options available
