Proceed to Newrath Roundabout, take first exit off Newrath Roundabout (L3408). Take left at next junction. Take left turn off at small roundabout. Claddagh B&B is situated 600m on left hand side. From Rosslare (See Map) Follow the N25 to Luffanny roundabout. Take 2nd exit off Luffany roundabout. Proceed Grannagh Junction Roundabout. Take 1st exit R448 (Waterford) off Grannagh Junction Roundabout. Proceed to Newrath Roundabout, take first exit off Newrath Roundabout (L3408). Take left at next junction. Take left turn off at small roundabout. Claddagh B&B is situated 600m on left hand side. Alternative Route from Rosslare (See Map) Follow N25 exiting at the Luffany Roundabout onto the R711. Proceed through Ferrybank Village (church, school and pedestrian lights). Stay in right lane take right at traffic lights (AIB Bank / Claddagh B & B sign at junction). Proceed up hill, pass Waterford Golf Club on left hand side. Straight through small roundabout. Claddagh B&B is situated 600m on left hand side.
