clonmel junction festival 2008

Last years Mini Poland Festival in a Festival was such a success they are doing it all again this year with the theme "The Many Voices of Africa". The prime modes of entertainment are drama based but there are still plenty of other forms of activities to keep you amused during the festival.
For nine days the whole town of Clonmel is transformed with a menagerie of flags, banners and along the streets there are stall and street theatre. Inside the pubs and restaurants there are lively activities and musical entertainment. Originally held in 2001, it was originally a five day event with nine events, but since then it has been expanded to a nine days with over 70 events.
