The terms listed below set out the rights and obligations of ("You") and those of Visitravel ("Gulliver Ireland") and the Accommodation Provider ("the Provider") in relation to the services offered.
Notice to all users: CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS before you click on the "confirm" button at the end of the reservation process. By clicking on the "confirm" button you are confirming your Accommodation Reservation with the provider this creates a binding agreement between You and the Provider.

(Serviced Accommodation Reservations)
1. Serviced Accommodation Reservation terms and conditions - General
All Offers are subject to promotional availability and while availability is all-year-round, there may be limited availability during banking holidays and other peak periods including Easter, Christmas and New Year.
All participating properties are approved by Fáilte Ireland or the Northern Ireland Tourist Board.
By agreeing to participate in this promotion you are agreeing to allow Gulliver Ireland to pass on your information including credit card/debit card details to the Provider.
GoIreland Value Breaks 2 nights B&B includes:
2 night break for two persons sharing, including breakfast each morning
€74.50/£62.50 per person sharing (€149/£125 per break)
Deposit of €22.35/£18.75 (the "Booking Deposit") is payable when booking a break and the balance of €126.65/£106.25 is payable directly to the hotel
Where stated "two persons sharing" a double or twin will be the accommodation provided.
Accommodation is free for children aged 12 or under when sharing with 2 adults (maximum 2 children per room) in a standard family room, subject to availability. Children’s breakfast are charged at €5.00/£4.00 extra per child’
2. Guest Obligations
When You make an online accommodation reservation You must:
Enter correct contact details
Pay the Booking Deposit of €22.35/£18.75
Use a valid credit card/debit card to guarantee the accommodation reservation.
Be responsible for the payment of the balance due (€126.65/£106.25) and any additional costs to the provider on arrival.
Read the Cancellation Policy You hereby confirm that You have read and understand the cancellation requirements when you make your accommodation reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
Your Booking Deposit is non-refundable.
Minimum cancellation period is 48 hours (i.e. after 18.00 two days prior to arrival.) Cancellation within this period or failure to arrive for booking which has not been cancelled will incur a cancellation charge equal to the first night’s accommodation. Amendment
To make an Amendment to your booking please call us on +353 (0)66 979 2132 during office opening hours (GMT - Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm. Saturday & Irish Bank Holidays: 9.00am to 5.00pm. Closed Sundays).
Changes or transfers will incur a processing fee equivalent to the deposit. This charge will be debited from your credit/debit card. The booking code on your booking form should be quoted in all enquiries.
3. Gulliver Ireland's Obligations
Gulliver Ireland reserves Accommodation on behalf of and with the authority of the person mentioned on the Reservation Form as the Provider and You.
4. Prices and Information
Prices quoted do not include additional requirements unless specifically stated. While every effort has been made to ensure accuracy of information Gulliver Ireland accepts no responsibility for errors or omissions in the provision of information, nor accepts any liabilities for loss, injury, damage, delay, expense or inconvenience whatsoever in relation to the provision of the information.
5. Provider Obligations
The Provider agrees to furnish the Accommodation as set out in the Reservation Form. This will constitute the entire agreement between the Provider and You.
6. Liability of the Provider
The Provider shall be solely liable to You for any loss that You may suffer in connection with the accommodation reservation. If the Accommodation that You reserved is not available, it is the Provider's responsibility to ensure that suitable equivalent Accommodation of a similar or higher standard is arranged for You and transport is arranged to such alternative Accommodation.
7. Limitation of Liability of the Provider
The liability of the Provider shall not exceed the total price for the Accommodation as specified on the Reservation Form. In no event will the Provider be liable for any indirect or consequential loss by You. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider against all costs or damages whether direct or indirect arising from any acts or omissions by You.
8. Complaints Procedure
All complaints, in relation to the Accommodation, special facilities, or additional requirements should be made in writing to the Provider within two weeks of the arrival date. Every effort will be made by the Provider to settle a complaint made by You. If this procedure does not satisfy your complaint will be referred to the decision of a single arbitrator appointed by agreement between You and the Provider. If You and the Provider cannot agree on the arbitrator, the President for the time being of the Incorporated Law Society of Ireland will appoint the arbitrator. The Arbitration Acts, 1954 to 1980 and any statutory amendment or reinactment thereof will apply to such arbitration. No legal action can commence without initiating the procedure above.
