Welcome Dublin Airport is one of the fastest growing airports in the world.
Bus Transport All local and express buses operated by Dublin Bus operate from the main arrivals road, directly outside the terminal building.
The following are the bus and coach services available from Dublin Airport:
The Airlink Express Coach Service links the airport with Busaras (Central Bus Station, Sore Street), and with the two mainline rail stations, Connolly and Heuston. Not all services are onward to Heuston, so check with the driver for details.
2. The local bus service available at the arrivals level kerbside, operates daily to/from the city center (Eden Quay). The journey time is approximately 30 minutes and the bus serves en route suburban destinations. The 33, 41, 41a, 41b, 41c all serve the city centre from Dublin Airport. A Travel Information Desk located in the Arrivals Concourse provides information on public bus and rail services throughout the country.
3 A special bus service operated by Bus Eireann and Ulster Bus links Belfast City with Dublin Airport. This service operates from Glengall Street, Belfast. The journey time is approximately three hours.
Taxi Passengers arriving by taxi will be set down on the departures roadway, directly outside the terminal building.
The fare from all points within the Dublin taxi meter area (24kms/15 miles from city centre) to the airport is registered on the meter plus applicable authorised extra charges shown on the taxi fare card. Fares from all points outside the boundary of the Dublin taxi meter area should be agreed with the driver before hiring commences.
For journeys outside the Dublin Taxi Meter area a fee per journey is negotiable with the driver. A list of approximate fares is available on the notice board at the taxi rank.
