The hosts are a delightful couple. Very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to provide assistance when needed. We actually stayed at the Arch nearby, run by the same couple, as the Gardens was being renovated. Ample car parking, and a good location with easy access by car to the centre of town. The rooms are very good, spacious and with a pleasant outlook. The only minor concern was the lack of tea-making facilities in the room, although this was available downstairs.

The bedrooms are very clean, comfortable and tall. It is not an easy place to find : the address was not up-to-date... Moreover, the hosts weren't very friendly and welcoming, even on the phone. The breakfast was rather poor : no fruits AT ALL ! This B&B is a bit cold, but Roscommon has a very old castle and an excellent "gastronomic" restaurant downtown (which is good value too, even cheap!).
