The large two storey B&B; has five guestrooms including double, twin and double/single (double and single bed in the same room) rooms ensuite. All the guestrooms have their own ensuite, as well as in room amenities including luxury bathroom products, hair dryer, TV, alarm clock and tea making facilities.

From Birr take N62 south, signed Roscrea/Thurles. Minnocks is on N62, 3km from Birr, 2 storey house on left.
Outside there are mature gardens where guests can sit back and relax, we also have private car parking for guests use. The Minnocks B&B is surrounded by lots to see and do. If you love the outdoors, then why not enjoy some angling, boating, golfing, hill walking and horse riding all within close proximity of the accommodation. The heritage town of Birr is just 3km, where you'll find a host of eateries, bars and shops and also Birr Castle and gardens.
