For a real Irish experience, stay at Ashbrook House which is a spacious farmhouse surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens just 2km from Shannonbridge in County Offaly. It serves as an excellent base for touring or a quiet retreat for a romantic break in the country.

The farmhouse has a superb location for you to make the most of your holiday. It is just 2km from the picturesque village of Shannonbridge, where you will find the friendly, local, traditional pubs. It is also just 8km from one of Ireland's most famous monastic sites, Clonmacnoise. If you love the outdoors, then you will be spoilt for choice, with opportunities for fishing on the Rivers Shannon, Suck and Brosna and horse riding, golf and river cruises all nearby. You are also within close proximity of the Bog Tour; a train ride through the beautiful Bog of Allen, a real enjoyable experience.
Directions
From Galway travel to Ballinasole, take right for Sahnnonbridge. Property is 2Km from Shannonbridge on the Cloghan-Tullamore Road.
