Lawcus Farm House
Situated in the Valley of the Kings River on the outskirts of Kilkenny, between the medieval village of Kells and Stonyford.
Lawcus is a superbly renovated stone farm house which offers its guest’s luxury and tranquillity.
Less than a stone throw away the cut grass paths bring you down to the Kings River, where you may encounter some of her myriad of wildlife. Wild flowers also survive here on this ancient site.
If you stay during the winter month’s salmon can often be seen in the pool below the house.

It was a very well appointed property, the people were extremely welcoming, and provided us with fabulous local knowledge about what to see and do. The food was great, the room comfortable and the grounds of the home stunning. We would certainly recommend this property to our friends and travel agent. It was a wonderful introduction to Ireland for us and we will definitely be back to this wonderful country.
