It is a long time since I used a B and B so was a little nervous of the accommodation in advance. We were greeted by the owner on arrival, she couldn't have been nicer. Gave us leaflets on the various places of interest in the area and information on restaurants. Room a lovely size, spotless, lovely up to-date decor. Bathroom spotlessly clean. Beds very comfortable. First class all round. Owners there to offer advice and help if needed, and were very welcoming and friendly, but otherwise gave you great privacy. Ideally located to the city, 15 minute walk away. Accommodation located in a lovely quiet and safe area.

Easy walking distance of Kilkenny town, host and hostess couldn't do enough for us. Secure parking also helped. A wonderful stay!
