Although we were happy with this hotel overall, the guidance on finding the car park is in dire need of clarity, and the vicinity map is poor for this purpose because if you try to follow the arrows in the belief that you are simply going round the block you will end up in various dead ends or other people's private car parks. The process of find the correct car park, checking in, and proceeding from reception to our rooms seemed to take nearly as long as the afternoon's drive to Kilkenny from Mallow!
