Grand hotel. Bit of a walk from the town. All we wanted was a roof over our head for the comedy festival and this place did the job. Booked a twin room. There were actually 3 single beds and a fold out bed in the room so it was quite spacious. The decor is ridiculously dated and the windows are old single-glazed so Im not sure what it would be like in winter. Not much pressure in the shower. It was pretty clean though and like I say it did the job so I was pretty happy. Breakfast is a big fry. Wont win any awards but I liked it all the same. Staff were friendly.
