A trip to Kilkenny city is a real treat. The city is become known far and wide for it’s beautifully restored old buildings as well as it modern stores and quaint restaurants. It’s still small enough to allow you to explore the medieval city on foot with such attractions as Kilkenny Castle, Rothe House and The National Craft Gallery. If you would like to get out of the city, take a guided tour of Dunmore Cave or just wander the country lanes and experience the undiscovered beauty of Kilkenny.
