If you are interested in historical and archaeological sites local attractions within 15 minutes drive include the Bonane Heritage Centre and Molly Gallivans located on the Kenmare to Glengarriff road. The spectacular Gleninchaquin Waterfalls is within 20 minutes drive. Our farmhouse is an ideal base when walking on the The Beara Way. The Beara Way is a long distance walking route around the highly spectacular peninsula with a large concentration of historical and archaeological sites en route.
