Hotel was lovely and friendly and found the rooms to be very clean and well maintained. The location of the hotel was just outside of the town and cost about 12 euro for a taxi which we found reasonable enough.

THE STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY THE ROOMS WERE SPOTLESS AND OF A HIGH STANDRED THE BAR FOOD WAS GOOD

Good location not to far from town, Only bad point was booked a double room to find it was two single beds pushed together, Not very comfortable

Fantastic location. View of mountains a plus. There was a mix-up with our booking but it was put right, to our advantage, immediately. Clean, friendly, does what it is meant to.

Very pleasent staff throughout, particularily the receptionist staff who I found very knowledgeable and more than helpful with any requests or queries throughout our stay! Good wholesome food served in the bar by pleasent efficient bar staff. Rooms were particularily clean! 10/10

this is a lovely location close to but not in Killarney. it has spectaculour views, is clean and new, and has a friendly staff. excellent value in a most comfortable hotel.

There were four of us travelling so the suite was perfect for us. We were on a driving holiday and the location was perfect for our adventures. the staff were extremly friendly & helpful to us... Just one thing, it was inconvenient that there was no electric kettle in the room, we were told that this was against hotel policy for saftey reasons, however all other hotels Ive stayed in have electric kettles!! Not a big thing but we did need it & the facility wasnt there... otherwise, everything was great :)

We had a fantastic stay at the Valley Suites. The rooms were so spacious, clean and comfortable, we were delighted when we arrived. The staff were extremely friendly, going out of their way to make us welcome and they were very attentive to the needs of our children. The suite represented great value for money too and we will return for more stays in the future.

IF YOU WANT VALUE FOR MONEY THIS IS IT AND WHEN YOU BOOK MAKE SURE YOU GET A SUITE BY RIGHT THIS SHOULD BE 5 STAR BUT IT HAS NO LEISURE FACILITIES WE HAD A 2 BED SUITE WITH A KITCHINETTE WHICH WAS AN ADDED BONUS FOR ME BECAUSE WE HAD A 1 YEAR OLD WITH US WHO HAS HOT CEREAL AT 7 IN THE AM TOP CLASS AND IDEAL IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE IN THE HEART OF KILLARNEY

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was lovely but we both felt that breakfast should have been included in the price. Also the bar food was only served until 9pm and thought that it should have been served till 10pm. If you where hungery you had to order a take away or go back into the town for something. Apart from that we couldn't fault the place and would definately stay there again in the furture.

All staff very professional but also friendly. I assumed leisure centre was ongrounds, advised wasnt the case & told there were only 3 hrs during day we could use it, when it would be full of children. I would always prefer an evening/night swim. We ended up going to another hotel for a swim & paying extra.

This is a lovely hotel and ideal for families. The suites are brilliant, very spacious and very modern. Hotel service is good + the food is excellent, however, arrive well before the finishing time for breakfast as a large queue builds up and you may not get a table. Also the hotel is a little way out of the town centre so a car is a must. Overall great value, would stay again!

Close to Killarney with good parking. All staff exceptionally friendly and efficient. Bar food very good with good presentation and value for money. No tea/coffee facilities in the rooms but constant tea/coffee freely available in the reception area. Will definately return.

Nice hotel with a nice atmosphere. Large, very clean rooms. Disappointed not to have tea/coffee facilities in the room and although mention was made that free coffee was available in the lobby this was not the case during my stay. Wi-fi was also not available despite it being advertised.
