Welcome to The Invicta Bed and Breakfast,

This delightful bed and breakfast, which is a family run farmhouse is located on a beautiful setting, overlooking Killarney’s lower Lough Leane, near the village of Beaufort in County Kerry.

Guests can look forward to comfortable ensuite accommodation and welcoming hospitality. The bed and breakfast is tastefully decorated throughout to create a relaxing and homely ambience. Surrounded by some of Kerry’s and indeed Ireland's spectacular scenery, this is a perfect base to escape the chaos of everyday life and enjoy the tranquil and peaceful setting of Invicta Farmhouse.


The farmhouse is just 300 metres from Tomies Oak Wood and O’Sullivans Cascade. It is also close to the beautiful Gap of Dunloe.  This area is a perfect location for a golfers holiday as there is a choice of 9 or 18 hole courses. Angling, boating, hillwalking and golf are just some of the activities which can be enjoyed locally.

From Killarney follow the N72. After the Hotel Europe take the first left following signs for the Gap of Dunloe. You’ll see a sign for The Invicta at the next turn off to the left (for Lough Leane).

The accommodation consists of four comfortable en suite bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a quiet and relaxed atmosphere here and after a good night’s sleep there’s a traditional Irish home cooked breakfast to look forward to in the morning.

The bedrooms are spacious, clean, bright and airy and tastefully decorated throughout.
No holiday is complete without comfortable accommodation and the proprietor, Mary will ensure you enjoy a pleasant break away in her beautiful home.

The garden area is available for guests use. The bed and breakfast is also family friendly with the added plus of a babysitting service available on request should the occasion arise. Cot and highchair also available on request. Credit cards are available and the bed and breakfast is comfortably heated with central heating throughout.
A beautiful breakfast is served by Mary and her team in the dining area each morning.

For the keen golfer, there’s no shortage of top class golf courses in the surrounding area and for those who prefer angling boats are available for salmon and trout fishing. And in the evening you can retreat to one of the local restaurants or traditional Irish pubs – a great way to end the day.
