Couldn't fault our stay in killarney. The hotel the killarney heights was fabulous, very clean, comfy, and the staff were second to none. The scenery in this part of ireland is breathtaking, we cant wait to go back. Thank you

Excellent selection for breakfast. Prompt room service in evening with 20 minute gap between main and dessert if required.

We had a bit of trouble with noise in our room. The first night there was some kind of party downstairs and the music was very loud. The second night there was a Hen party and they were loud in our hallway til 4am.

at the end of our trip and we checked out, we checked over the bill and they tried to charge us a 3rd night and for food that the child had. an extra 120 euro. apparently this site should not have charged us for 4yr old child. the hotel would not have. hotel not aware of this, very dissappointing.

Very friendly staff.Nice food. No hot water for a shower when we arrived.Had to go to another room for a shower the first night!!!!

The hotel room was perfect, Food fantastic but we did encounter staff not being nice even rude to other staff in reception when we arrived.

Friendly and helpful staff. A bit noisy in our bedroom 105 with live music playing in the bar, but it did finish at a reasonable time
