The staff are very friendly and helpfull. The hotel is wheelchair accessable and special needs catered for.

Hotel seems a little out of date when we first arrived. But we soon saw that it has very homely and cosy feel to it, with a lovely warm and relaxed atmosphere. Its completely spotless and all blankets are fresh and clean. Food was lovely and prompt. Entertainment in the bar was brilliant. We'd definately go back again.

Hotel was convenient to Killarney town, clean, room was large, entertainment is provided each night free of charge to residents. Great food and good value.

Lovely location, great I was on top floor overlooking moutains and lakes and there were deers in the field below. The decor was drab and worn, badly in need of a revamp. Staff very efficient and attentive.

there was loads of entertainment at the hotel the only down side i would say was the bar food finishes at 5 which is to early if u dont want to eat in the restaurant as it is a bit expencive

The location of the hotel is perfect. Our balcony looked at Killarney National park. All staff were professional, quick and helpful. Our room was cleaned well and in a good time. Spacious and secure parking space behind the hotel. I just want to say some words to the manager of this hotel. I wasn't pleased with the quality of the furniture and decoration. It offended my sense of beauty. Actually, everything was clean but it did not look good because it's old. Beds are too old and squeaky. Windows are single-glazed at the time when double-glazing is the standard. Noise insulation is not great and we could hear a lot of noise at night from the entrance. I understand that you manage a 3-star hotel. Probably it is OK for that sort of hotel; on the other hand prices per night are too high. For this quality of the room I would pay 60 euro per night at most. Breakfast wasn't included in the price and it was way too expensive. No fresh fruits, only conserved ones. No yogurt in small pots. There just was yogurt in a big bowl. How can I check the expiry date and the ingredients? This information could be very important for people with allergy. I would not say that the restaurant in the hotel offers the finest food. For example, mashed potato contained traces of potato peels. But it does not matter because there are plenty of them around. And a girl at the reception booked a table in one of them when we asked. Great water pool but it's too cold in the changing room. The shower stops running too fast. I nearly had to press the shower button every fifteen seconds. All in all, I would not say that you get what you pay for.

The rooms were just OK. Standard rooms which feels more like a B & B. The pool was nice for the kids. Other facilities eg. Gym were pretty basic. Feels just like your local pub. Feel like a pub/lounge athmosphere rather than a hotel. The Flesk Restaurant was pretty average. Only opens from 6 and closes at 9. Nothing but cold sandwiches from anywhere after 9. Except room service. The entertainment was ok. The resident live band was pretty good...belting out classics from the eagles to jazz...enjoyable. Overall... very basic hotel with basic facilities... Now I know why it's a 3 Star.

Evething was just great. It was my 60th birthday and the Flesk Rest. staff especially Francis did a fantastic job it making it an extra special occasion.
