Tues 8th THE LIVES OF OTHERS A chilling and fascinating film on the grueling repression of those years before the Berlin Wall came down. Best European Film Award 2006, Audience Award 2007. In association with Access Cinema.

Fri 11th A SKULL IN CONNEMARA Sat 12th A black comedy by Martin MacDonagh. Digging up the past has repercussions for the present! The play is presented by Le Kayla Theatre Co, directed by Padraig Dennehy and features Moira Galvin, Chris Fitzgerald, Tommy Fitzgerald and Owen O’Sullivan. Proceeds to Kerry Parents and Friends.

“Welcome to hell sweetheart”. Evelyn Delany arrives up from the country in 1963 to work in a Dublin telephone exchange. Nora, Mags and Dympna have been working there for ages and seem very worldly. It’s only a year before she can save enough to go back to Trim and marry the man of her dreams. A shared obsession with the gorgeous J F K brings the four women close together and soon they discover hidden secrets that won’t stay hidden for long.

Mon 21st - Fri 25th KIDS WANNA DRUM An outreach music/drumming/percussion workshop programme for schools in North Kerry/West Limerick. Facilitated by Kieran Gallagher – Kada Kaboom Arts.

Tues 22nd TEN CANOES Dayindi, a young warrior covets the young wife of his older brother. To teach him the proper way, he is told a wild, cautionary and comic tale of illicit love, kidnapping and revenge gone wrong. An Australian film in association with Access Cinema.

Fri 25th DEEPER WELL Three unique voices, Brigid’s haunting earthy tones, Joan’s sensual jazzy scant and Ronnie’s singer song writer style combine with guitar and percussion to present original work and charms along the way. Expect everything from traditional to folk, harmonies to spiritual and American gospel.

Sun 27th ABIGAIL’S PARTY Presented by London Classic Theatre Co and directed by Michael Cabot, this is a funny and accurate comedy of modern manners and suburban pretensions by playwright Mike Leigh. For Beverly, the hostess from hell. art, politics and morals are all “a load of rubbish” and nothing matters except money and the stuff it buys, along with “getting pissed” grabbing at cheap sexual thrills and “havin’ a laugh”.

Thurs 31st THE IRISH SOPRANOS With their sensational voices, stunning good looks and a musical mix ranging from operatic to popular music and everything in between this trio are the cream of Irish Classical vocal talent. With Wendy Dwyer from Ballincollig, Cork, Kay Lynch, Tralee and Deirdre Masterson from Gorey, Co Wexford.
