Fossa lodge is a seven bedroomed all ensuite detached property located in the much sought after scenic area of Fossa, Killarney on the main N72, Ring of Kerry road. Only minutes from the thriving tourist town of Killarney. The area is know for it's fishing amenities, cycling routes, equestrian centres and its Three Championship Golf Course, which undeniably boast some of the best golfing facilities in the world.
Description
Fossa Lodge is privately owned and has been built to the highest of specifications.  It has been architecturally designed with large landscaped gardens and offers magnificent views of the lakes and mountains from the front.  The property is approached through two stone pillars and a long gravelled driveway.  A large decking and patio area offers the perfect retreat to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of your surroundings.  
 
Directions to fossa lodge
From Dublin, Shannon and limerick.  In Killarney you arrive at a roundabout called Cleeney roundabout, turn right at this roundabout, 3rd exit the N72 to Killorglin.  Continue straight. The entrance to Lidl supermarket will be on your right; continue straight to next roundabout Ballydowney roundabout.  At this roundabout take the 3rd exit, signposted for N72 to Killorglin. Stay on this road, Killarney Golf and fishing club on your left continue straight to Fossa.  The hotel Europe is on the left; Fossa Lodge is directly after the hotels entrance on the right hand side Signposted. 
Rooms
The inside of the property has a superior finish through out with the highest quality of fixtures and fittings.  The entrance porch has a marbled titled floor and all of the downstairs has oak wooden flooring.  The large kitchen/dining room has double doors leading out onto the patio area that has patio furniture and barbeque.  The lounge has a log effect modern electric fire, leather upholstery a 42”plasma flat screen TV with DVD player and sky digital H.D.  The large sitting room has limestone fireplace housing a log effect modern electric fire.  There is an additional dining room with double doors leading out onto the garden, plus an office.  Also there is downstairs bathroom with electric shower and a guest toiler.  The utility area is fitted an n American washing machine and XL tumble Dryer, iron and ironing board.
