Friendly staff, close to local amenitities, good value and would hope to stay there again.
I was very impressed with the hotel overall. On booking in we met a very effecient and friendly receptionist, and it continued on from there, with an exceptional waiter at our meal called Mikele who really knew his wines.
Initially we had an adjoining room where we could clearly hear all conversation and the TV. We were moved from this room to a different floor which was an improvement. the description of a 'superior room' on their website is misleading and implies a larger room than we were allocated. The reception staff were informed of our opinion on this and they agreed with us. The bed was very hard!!

I thought it was a lovely hotel and the staff were friendly and we really enjoyed our stay so we can't complain. and we hope to take a trip back down in the near future!
The hotel was very nice and clean. The heating system in the room could have been better, as there was cold air blowing for 20 minutes before the hot air actually came on, this was inconvenient as we have a 6 month old baby and we found it took way too long to heat up and the cold air was quite cold. This was our only problem with the hotel.

Unfortunately this system takes approximately ten minutes to warm up and adjust to the required temperature.
