From Killarney: Take the Main Cork Road the N22 and travel for about 1.5 miles until you come to a major intersection for Rathmore or Mallow the N72, turn to the left and take the N72. Darby O'Gills is just a couple of minutes up this road on the left.

We have 42 superb bedrooms, many of which boast beautiful mountain views, including our luxurious bridal suite. All bedrooms are en-suite, with tea / coffee facilities, direct dial telephone, hair dryer, colour television and self-controlled heating. Darby O’Gill’s is a wheel chair friendly hotel and all rooms, including family suites, are accessible by lift. Ironing equipment and room service available on request.

Darby’s Bar is a traditional bar in the true sense, where the art of good conversation still lives. The newly refurbished Sports Bar offers large plasma televisions to watch those important matches, a pool table, dart board, fussball, internet access and free mobile phone charger.
Local entertainment is hosted in the refurbished Rathcullen Lounge 7 nights a week during the season and at weekends for the rest of the year. Our ‘Traditional Irish Night’ on a Wednesday is enjoyed by tourists and locals alike; with traditional singing, music, irish dancers and a plentiful supply of Guinness, you’re sure to enjoy the craic!.
We have outdoor furniture for those who want to admire the mountain views and a comfortable smoking area with cable television.
Bar food is served all day until 9pm with an excellent selection to suit all tastes.
The delicious lunch time carvery is quick if you are in a rush and great value for money (available Mon-Fri, 12-3pm). Our popular Sunday carvery is a chance for all the family to get together and enjoy a well cooked meal (available 12-6pm).
If you are looking for something special, try ‘Cluricaune’s Restaurant’, where you can choose from the A la Carte, Table d’Hote or Tourist Menu. A selection of fine wines are on offer to complete the fine dining experience.
Darby O’Gill’s can cater for all occasions and is a popular venue for wedding receptions. We have a spacious Banqueting Hall, which comfortably seats 220 for a sit down meal or up to 300 theatre style for corporate events. We also have the ‘Knocknasheega Room’ that can be booked for smaller events.
