The house was lovely, really clean, modern and spacious. Paying the electricity and cleaning costs (62 euro extra) as extra on arrival made the accommodation considerably more expensive than anticipated.

Cottage was spacious and in a great location, however I would not describe it as 4* as there were small things lacking - no extra blankets(not great in April!), tiny TV with only 3 channels (one in Irish), no oven gloves or baking tray in kitchen, "welcome pack" non existent, so no instructions as to how heating worked etc. Also had to make 4 calls on intl mobile to try and get the keys and website showed a play area which was in bits and not usable. Had a good time, but would not go back to these cottages

Overall we had a satisfactory stay-however I did find that the electricity of €25.00 for 2 night accommodation for a 3 bedroom house to be very expensive and also a cleaning charge on that also of €32.00- these are the things that can annoy people- it probably would have been cheaper for us to stay in a hotel/guest house when we worked out the total costing. I am in the tourism industry and it is important that we offer value for money to visitors
