This application by you (the accommodation provider), to GoIreland.com, operated by Gulliver Ireland, for the creation of an Enhanced and Priority Listing on www.goireland.com creates a binding Agreement on the terms set out below

GoIreland.com Marketing Opportunities refers to both Enhanced Listing and Priority Listing (Listings) on the Accommodation Directory of www.goireland.com.

1. To qualify for the GoIreland.com Marketing Opportunities you must be a Gulliver Ireland Allocation Member.
2. Should you forfeit your Gulliver Ireland Allocation Membership status, GoIreland.com reserves the right to remove your Listing(s) from www.goireland.com.
3. Applications can only be made online at www.goireland.com/marketingopportunities
4. Your GoIreland.com application will only be processed when full payment of the fee has been received either by cheque in Euros or online by credit card.
5. Cheque payment must be received within 5 working days of online registration – during this time, Enhanced Listing details and Priority Listing placement will be held. If you fail to pay the amount due within 5 working days, Listings will be forfeited.
6. Payment is non-refundable should you request the removal of your Listing(s) from www.goireland.com.
7. Listings will be established in the order that applications are received, and GoIreland.com will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that Listings are in place by January 2004.
8. In order to ensure that Listings are in place by January 2004, the deadline for receipt of online registration details is December 01st 2003. Although applications received after this date will be processed, GoIreland.com cannot guarantee that Listings will be live by January 2004.
9. GoIreland.com shall not be held responsible for the content of your Listing(s). It is your responsibility to provide GoIreland.com with current and accurate information and to submit your listing(s) details, as you would like them to appear on the Accommodation Directory of www.goireland.com. GoIreland.com shall not be deemed to have approved the content by publishing on www.goireland.com. However, we reserve the right the make minor amendments to your copy, in areas such as punctuation, spelling and spacing.
10. Although you have the right to apply for amendments to your Listing(s) during the year, once your Enhanced Listing is live on www.goireland.com, GoIreland.com reserves the right to charge a fee of €20 for any changes.
11. Enhanced Listings remain on the Accommodation Directory of www.goireland.com until December 31st 2004, while Priority Listings apply for 6 months, until June 30th 2004.
12. GoIreland.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove or terminate any Listing at any time without notice.
13. 100% risk-free guarantee – this guarantee pertains to Priority Listing applications only. If you don’t get at least the cost of your sign-up back within 12 months, GoIreland.com will give you a full refund. In order to qualify, properties must have allocated rooms consistently while maintaining competitive selling prices.
