The location of the hotel, within walking distance of the city centre. We were on the third floor and were not disturbed by noise from outside the hotel which you might expect so close to city centre.

The location was absolutely brilliant. The staff and the food were gorgeous also. I would highly recommend the hotel to everybody I know.

Great Location. Brilliant value. All the facilities you need. The public area of this hotel while perfectly fine, may not be as impressive as some of the far more expensive establishments. However I felt that the bedrooms were just as nice as those in the dearer hotels. Very pleasant staff. No complaints. I'd go again

Good location more than anything and the service and value for money in the restaurant and bar was as good as anywhere we encountered. Room was functional but not great however for a mid priced hotel i think we got what we paid for and it was easily adequate. Would recommend it to other people doing what we were doing and Galway as a whole is great!

The food in the restaurant was beautiful,the room was very spacious, very clean and the shower was nice and powerful.Staff in bar were very nice and the bar very cosy and friendly.Very well situated near shops.

The hotel front is a bit drab and dreary, but we had a very pleasant stay over all. Great location. Odd that you are served eggs for breakfast, but you have to make your own toast!

Travelling with family is an adventure every time, this time we came later than expected, mainly due driving around galway and trying to fing a route to hotel (took 2 hours ). Staff was polite and professional, room big, and breakfast good. Location of the hotel is strange in city, but a bit hard to find, due one way traffic.
