Very well designed hotel, with a lot of attention paid to small design details. The lobby area is welcoming and a very comfortable space to sit in and relax. The Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. they all seem happy to have you as their guest. A bit difficult to find by car because of Galway's confusing one way street system and sporadic signage, but once you do find it the location is great!
