Perfect location, next to "the Prom". Ten minutes walk to the Spanish Arch and Pedestrian Zone.

Warm and friendly welcome to adequate room. No shampoo or shower gel provided. Visitors lounge and dining room not identified. Breakfast was a real let down and felt it had been kept warm too long and had dried up. However very clean and comfortable bed.

This B & B was not what the photos stated and we felt cheated by the advertising and was not worth The 70 euro we paid and of all the B&B;s we stayed at this was the greatest disapointment in our travel of UK and Ireland. We suggest that you look at Robeen House in Killarney as a great B & B stay.
