Bad planning: we had booked 1 room with 4 beds and upon arrival we found that 3 beds were in 1 room and 1 bed in another room. Fortunately enough, the young lady at the reception desk solved the problem in a very proactive manner.

We had never stayed in a hostel and we were looking forward to the experience... would I do it again? Probally not. The value can't be beat if you are a budget minded traveler, but comfort is not part of the bargain. Although the rooms were clean, they are very small. We were located in a en suite on the first floor. My husband and I got a laugh over how small the shower was... I could just squeeze in through the small opening. LOL! It should be noted that the bunk dorms were above us which meant when guests staying in those rooms came in the evening, you can hear everything!
