The location was beautiful despite the rain. I wish we could have been able to stay longer and enjoy it more. I would definitely return if I'm in the area again. Wonderful place for a great price.

The signage to get to the hotel could be better. The hotel istelf looks good from the outside and from the main floor rooms. The hotel room itself was a disapointment - very small and cramped. The bedspreads didn't match... etc. We were given a view of the sea, so that was great, and I loved hearing the waves crashing at night. The food was ok. No internet in the bedrooms, but you could access it in the public rooms on the main floor.

Hi.I would recommend staying at the Waterside house hotel. I have travelled extensively around the world and would put this hotel as one of the best i have stayed in. Its location is close to Dublin and has a courtesy bus which operates when you need it. The bus will even pick you up from the airport when you arrive and return you when you leave. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too hard. Meals and service are excellent and amenities are very clean. Outlook over the Ocean is second to none the only dissapointment i had was that my stay was not longer, but i will be back. I would also like to personally thank Paul one of the staff who who organised our stay to perfection. Thanks John and Sharon from Brisbane Australia.

The bar area was not very clean after midday when apparently many had eaten there. When this was metioned to a staff member the matter was not rectified - at least within the 30 mins while I remained. Attention to simple matters such as this is really required.

The room was booked at a low rate (great value for money), was clean and tidy, had a stunning view to the beach (room on the waterfront, great sound and sight). It would need redecoration to be luxurious but it was simply perfect for us. 15 minutes by car from Dublin Airport.

We only stayed one night which was a Sunday and there had been a wedding that day so there were quite a lot of guests in the bar at night who really had already had enough to drink. The young fellows continued in their rooms until early morning which was a shame as it disturbed most of the other guests. I guess this is just the luck of the draw in hotels. The hotel itself was nice and right on the water so we enjoyed a walk along the beach. The gentleman on reception in the morning was very pleasant and helpful.

The location of the hotel was the best part about it, it was beautiful watching the moon and sun rise. The staff was very friendly as well.

We were lucky to get a very low cost internet deal on this hotel, but it would have been a decent value at the usual price. The restaurant meals were excellent and our waiter was superb. They offered and brought hot breakfast out early for us without our asking since we had to leave before the buffet opened to catch a plane. There is only one elevator to the 2nd floor, and it would have been much easier to schlepp our luggage directly up stairs than to get to it. Room rather dated, but decent sized and clean.

Fantastic location on the sea front, rooms are lovely and clean and the sea view we had was perfect. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is ideal for a quiet trip away from the bustle, Dublin is a 20 minute train ride away (Donabate train station is a 25min walk from hotel) All in all very pleasant stay.
