Stayed 2 nights in twin(510). Everything about this hotel(beds, room, reception, bar, dining, breakfast) were excellent. Very clean & modern with very friendly staff.
ADEQUATE FOR MY PURPOSES, NEED MORE LIGHT IN THE ROOM!
Great location in the centre. Also very quiet as it is set in a side street just off St Stephen's Green.
Very central which with the kids was brilliant. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful.
Not bad .The breakfast has deteriorated from before. Ceiling coming down stairs too low and bath too small.
great location, clean accommodation, breakfast nice, staff pleasant but heating in room not very effective
Central Location at a manageable rate
Felt at home from the moment we arrived, very friendly helpful staff, generous breakfast,
Staff were excellent, so nice and very helpful, I would really recommend the hotel to my friends.
The hotel has good location, very close to the centre. small nice place for weekend stay in Dublin. however nothing extraordinary what would differ it from any other small nice hotel in Europe.
It was quite central, just 5 minutes walk from the centre. The rooms were comfortable. It was pleasurable for us.
Good location and value.
My group thought the Mercer Hotel was great. We stayed there on St. Patrick's Day, so we basically only slept there as we were out on the town all day and most of the night. One thing that was particularly difficult was finding the hotel on St. Patrick's Day as many of the streets were blocked off for the parade and other activities. We drove around for several hours and most people, including policemen, were unable to tell us how to get to the Mercer with the road-blockings. We eventually found a way but if I recall correctly, we had to go through an alleyway which was not on any map. Otherwise, we found the Mercer to be very accomodating and had a great overall stay.
