everything it was just perfect away from busy area but everything on your door step. we just needed a nice quiet weekend away from it all and that we got thank you.

we were under the impression we got breakfasrt but when we got there, it was room only. we would have picked one of the othere hotels for same price 149 for 2 nites and breakfast

The atmosphere is very friendly with pleasant well mannered staff. The Hotel itself was very clean and presentable and situated in a lovely area. Had a great break and enjoyed it, although I would recommend the bar food before dining in the restaurant.

When we arrived Friday evening the hotel was extremely busy with Friday night drinkers from local businesses. We were very disappointed with restaurant it was nothing like restaurant shown on web page and service was very poor. We were left waiting to be seated for more than 5 minutes while staff walked past us then seated amongst rowdy rugby fans instead of in a quieter part of restaurant in the end we walked out and ate elsewhere. Rooms were nice and other staff in hotel were polite and helpful.

Fast & efficient service, was checked in & out in less than 5 minutes. The hotel is withing walking distance of some very good pubs and of the concert venue, which enabled us to walk to our destinations.

It was nice enough,but the double bed was 2 singles put together.the food wasnt great.the tv remote was broken.other than that everythin was great

Nice hotel, especially the lobby and bars have style, the rooms are good size and very clean, the location is good too, though its is quite a walk into town centre (20min. if you walk fast) but you'll always find a taxi in front of the hotel.
