Hotel was lovely and staff very helpfull. We were dissapointed that there was no internet in the rooms on the first night and we had to bring the kids down to the lobby to use it there. Also thought it a bit much to charge E12 for breakfast and E5 for breakfast for a 3year old and a 15 month old, which is why we went to a lovely place in town and got breakfast for all six of us for E16. Apart from that it was very enjoyable...

They upgraded me to a suite to compensate for an error on their part. The suite was gorgeous, the bed exquisite. It was outstanding value. I'd have liked to stay longer.

Very good , strategic and quite place. Its near to city center - you can go even by walking , not using any transport. The rooms are large and well illuminated, excellent bathroom , air conditioning , new furnitures , etc. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The hotel is above the standard expected for 4 star hotel.

The hotel is of a very high quality and it was exceptional value for money. Great location and would definately stay again. Only slight difficulty was noise from fans and showers from next door room. Apart from that excellent all round

Nice place, near Heuston Station connected directly to the airport via airlink Dublin Bus. Reccomended.

We had gone to Dublin to celebrate the New Year and could hardly believe it when the hotel bar closed 5 minutes after midnight. As you can imagine we were very, very dissapointed. There was a vending machine which sold alcholic beverages, but only took coins and the hotel reception was not able to give residents change to use in the machine. I would have expected (under the circumstances) the bar to have stayed open later, if only for residents.

We book this room with reduction (3 nights for 2) so the quality/price was here ! Perfect for the price and not so far from the town center (15 mintues walking).
