Bundoran Beach
Bundoran, Donegal
Bundoran Beach is a blue flag beach. It's located approx. 250m north of Bundoran's main street, adjacent to Waterworld and the funfair.
Bundoran is a sandy beach facing Donegal Bay and the Atlantic. The beach is bounded on the north and south by rocks and on the east by the promenade roadway.
The beach is life guarded from June to August, from 10am to 9pm. First aid and a telephone are available at the lifeguard station....

Rossnowlagh is a blue flag beach in Rossnawlagh County Donegal. The beaches stran is named Belalt Strand. This extends to the north-northwest for over 2km - from the cliffs at Coolmore in the south to the rock outcrop at Carrickfad.
Rossnowlagh is a very busy beach with a long tradition of beach parking and large resident and day-tripper populations. It is one of Irelands main surfing beaches....

Carrickfinn is a gorgeous blue flag beach located in Anagary in County Donegal. This beach has an extensive sandy shore with sand dunes for you to explore.
Carrickfinn is situated in Gweedore Bay, which is a Natural Heritage Area with many varied coastal habitats. There are extensive grasslands and the area is noted for the presence of rare plant species. Glenveagh National Park is just a short drive from here....

Marble Hill

Marble Hill, another of Dunfanagh’s blue flag beaches, is located on the north-west coast of Donegal. Situated in Sheephaven Bay, it is an extensive sandy beach and is home to a lot of varieties of wildlife.
The fun sand dunes have many flowers and bird species – in fact this is one of the last areas in Ireland where you may hear the rare bird, the Corncrake, calling.
Marble Hill is used mainly by the local community and receives large numbers of visitors during peak times....
