Hotel didn't provide a parking concession for the nearby multi-storey as most city centre hotels normally do. Arrived at 1pm but could not check until 2pm. Left my bags and went to a match. Got a call at 6pm asking was I using my booking. Obviously staff hadn't informed each other that I had arrived.

the staff were really friendly and very nice.bathroom in room could do with a good scrub, and a kettle and tea/coffee in room would be great, and some shampoo! Ideal location though.

The hothel is old and thread bare but has an old style charm. Although the rooms and lobby were cleaned the entire hotel needrd a thorough deep cleen. over all i felt i got what i paid for. For a relatively small out lay (New carpets, lick of paint.) it could be much higher star rated.As the service was top class.

Bad access with luggage - no 'bell-boy' help or lift from street level. Very friendly bar staff, some language problems with waiting staff. One of our rooms was very noisy because of casino nearby.

I had a very enjoyable stay here. The Staff were excellent and very helpful, If you want a late night bar go somewhere else. The breakfast was great, and all in all it was great value for money, but do book it through goireland as it was supposed to be booked out when I rang it directly.

Very enjoyable stay, the staff were all very friendly and helpful.The hotel has lots of character and the food was excellent. Location was brilliant too. Excellent value for money.

Hotel is in a perfect location,rooms ok could do with new carpet. Bed very comfortable though. Breakfast was included but only served between 7:30 & 9:30, they could serve until at least 10 or 10:30 am
