Rooms
Croughmore Cottage was built on a 50-acre dairy farm in 1864. In recent years it has been restored in a sensitive blend of old and new, retaining all its traditional charm and character. In fact it is so quaint and attractive that it was shown coast-to-coast on US network TV shortly before President Ronald Reagan visited his ancestral village nearby in 1984.

Facilities
You enter the cottage through an old-style half-door. To the left is a spacious yet cosy parlour with a most relaxing atmosphere. To the right of the front porch is the traditional kitchen with a high ceiling and a log stove under a cavernous chimney. The adjoining kitchenette is equipped with all mod cons.
Outside there is a spacious, private car park.
Your hosts, Ann and Liam, take great pride in Croughmore Cottage. They will be happy to drop by to tell you the story of the cottage and the region and to answer any other queries.
